About

The operator behind it all. Not a slide-deck consultant.

Liquid Technology Solutions is run by one operator, in public. The systems we build for clients are the systems we run our own business on. The AI we ship to your team is the AI we use to ship more AI.

I’m Peter Van Schaack — founder of Liquid Technology Solutions and author of Buoyancy not Perfection. I’ve spent two decades leading B2B growth marketing across banking, agriculture, manufacturing, federal contracting, and SaaS — from AVP roles at Truist to global digital marketing at Syngenta to building AI software end-to-end today.

What separates this practice from most is straightforward: I architect the stack, I write the code, and I run the GTM motion that wires it to revenue. Tools, sales, and marketing under one brain instead of three vendors.

In 2023 I founded what was then called Liquid CRM Solutions as a Zoho One implementation practice. In 2026 I expanded into custom AI as Liquid AI Solutions. Both are now arms of Liquid Technology Solutions — a single studio, two doors, with custom AI builds and our flagship Liquid Quote SaaS shipping across multiple client engagements.

I work hands-on with every client. If you hire us, you get me on the call — not an account manager scheduling someone else to do the actual work.

The Book
Buoyancy not Perfection — book cover

Buoyancy not Perfection.

The philosophy that runs underneath everything we build. Most businesses chase a perfection that doesn’t arrive — and break themselves on the way. Buoyancy is the alternative: practical, adaptive, focused on staying useful through whatever wave comes next.

It’s also the through-line for why this studio looks the way it does. We ship working systems, not perfect ones. We iterate publicly. We tell clients what’s honest, even when it costs us the engagement.

Three things under one roof

Most agencies ship the tool. Most consultants ship the strategy. We ship both.

Technology

I architect the stack — Zoho, Claude, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel — and write the code that ties it together. Not slides about what someone else could build.

Business

Two decades of running B2B revenue functions across SaaS, manufacturing, financial services, and federal contracting. The leaks we plug are leaks I’ve lived inside.

Marketing

Tech that doesn’t generate pipeline is decoration. Every build is wired to your CRM, your campaigns, and your sales motion from day one — because that’s where the top line lives.
